Under the direction of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Khalil Ismail, and the Associate Dean of the College of Medicine for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Muhammad Salih, a group of faculty of medicine visited the internal departments of Basra University students for the purpose of educating and raising awareness about Corona disease and its transmission and prevention methods .
 As prevention is the most important factor in avoiding the spread of this disease in the community.
