On Thursday 4th. of November 2021, the University of Basrah - College of Medicine, in cooperation with the Tasnim Scouts Association, held a memorial ceremony for the death of young employee Ali Tariq Saadoun, who passed away due to an unfortunate accident, in the presence of the Vice Dean for Administrative Affairs; Assistant Prof. Dr. Qais Kadhim Baqer, number of employees and his family. The ceremony began with reading of the Holy Quran, in addition to presenting a memorial photo to his family by the Vice Dean for Administrative Affairs on behalf of all the employees, asking God Almighty to have mercy on him and to inspire his family with patience and solace.
