A master's thesis at the College of Medicine, University of Basrah, discussed the impact of the emerging coronavirus pandemic on health services provided for mother and child care in primary health care centers in Basrah / Iraq. The research concluded that the Corona pandemic had a negative impact on the use of health services provided for mother and child care, and the largest decrease was in the number of antenatal visits equal to or more than four visits. The research recommended the necessity of implementing appropriate educational programs and providing counseling for pregnant women through The Internet, while organizing campaigns for the purpose of investigating and vaccinating children who have dropped out of vaccines, must also be improved and not neglected to document such information under any circumstances.
