The Dean of the College of Medicine, University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Salih Al-Musafer, will participate in the first international scientific conference of the American College of Surgeons, Iraq Branch, in Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq, for the period from August 31, 2022 to September 2, 2022, at Divan Hotel.
