The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer, directly followed the infrastructure, the preparation of the ground, and the appropriate place for the 1M generator to generate electricity and  to  shutdown  electricity in emergency situations.
