Basra Medical College has organized a workshop on teaching communication skills under the title "communication skills in building history in clinical training" for the faculty members of the college.  
Relevant points had been discussed including

1. Teaching communication skills to students; the challenges and the solutions

2. Designing the curriculum for teaching communication skills within the clinical training courses for the third and fourth stages' students
3. Preparing a workbook guide for the teaching staff
4. Training on virtual communication skills to cope with the health situation and blended education
Recommendations:

1- Continuous training the clinician including the teaching staff and the physician communication skills
2. Involving the graduates who have the desire and interest in communication skills  to contribute in training the students
3. Use of the college's halls for real and virtual teaching of communication skills
