The Deanship of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Basrah, welcomed the students of the first stage on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Where the new students were welcomed by the Dean of the college of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer, in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Kazem Baqer, and the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Khattar Moussa. In his speech, the Dean welcomed and congratulated the students of the first stage at the start of the new academic year, wishing them a year of study full of success, excellence and hope. Urging them to work hard and strive to be safe doctors capable of carrying out their duties and therapeutic tasks in saving patients lives.
