The wof Medicine, University of Basrah, continued to carry out training workshops for students on first aid from suturing wounds, needle injections , and advanced cardiac resuscitation for all stages and throughout the academic year. The students were trained in the clinical skills laboratory in groups. This workshop contributes to preparing students to be honest doctors capable of carrying out their tasks and therapeutic duties, saving patients better, and raising the scientific and practical level so that the doctor can treat heart attacks professionally and reduce deaths in emergency departments , resuscitation, and intensive care units .
