the training workshop for students on first aid including suturing wounds, injections , and advanced life support protocols at the college of medicine , University of Basra, continued during the break between lectures and for all The stages throughout the academic year and in the presence of the Dean of the college of Medicine , Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer. Students were trained in the clinical skills laboratory in groups. Where this workshop contributes to preparing students to be safe  doctors who are able to carry out their medical tasks and duties, save  their patients  lives, and raise the scientific and practical level so that the doctor can manage heart attacks professionally and reduce deaths in emergency departments , and intensive care units .
