The President of the University of Basrah  professor Saad Shaheen Hammadi has conducted an inspection tour at the college of Medicine, accompanied by the Dean of the college of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Kazem Baqer, and Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs Assistant Professor Dr. Nofal Mubarak Ali. Where the Dean inspected the laboratories of the Biochemistry and the Anatomy departments and was briefed on the latest developments and modern equipment that were provided for these departments .
