A delegation from the Higher Committee for Coordination on the Causes of Biological Diseases visited the college of Medicine, University of Basrah, to inquire about the status of research laboratories and the possibility of developing them. Where the laboratories of the scientific departments in the college of Medicine were visited in addition to the central laboratory . The committee was received by the Dean of the college of Medicine, University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer.
