A master's thesis at the college of Medicine, University of Basrah, discussed the Immunological Detection of Some Inflammatory Biomarkers for Prognostic Diagnosis of Respiratory Tract Infection among Children with malignant diseases. The research presented by student Izhar Habib Jawad aims to reveal the level of (procalcetonin, calprotectin, soluble catalytic receptors expressed in myeloid cells and neobutrin) in cancer patients with pneumonia using the ELIZA  technique on the patients' serum and to evaluate their titer and study molecular study using traditional PCR technique and polymerization device The research concluded that there is a convergence between the study of soluble receptors expressed in isolated myeloid cells and those of the Gene Bank (NCBI) database showed a symmetry of 71/74 and (96%) in the soluble catalytic receptors expressed in myeloid cells Three mutations such as M to (I II) to (G and E) to (D) have a high convergence between the study of isolated neobutrin and that of the gene bank database (NCBI) showed a similarity of 103/104 and (99%) single mutations appeared as (N to S).
