Board research at the College of Medicine, University of Basra discussed the comparison of surgical results of endoscopic lacrimal nasal anastomosis with and without the flap of student Wissam Akab Aziz. The research aims to evaluate the results of the lacrimal sac anastomosis in the nose endoscopically with and without the flap and compare the success rate for both methods for patients who suffer from tear duct obstruction. The research concluded that there is no significant difference in the success rate for both methods.
