The Deanship of the College of Medicine, University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Student Activities Unit in the college, held today, Wednesday, 17 / 5 / 2023, a ceremony to crown the students who won first place in the college of Medicine championship for the five-a-side football. The coronation was sponsored and attended by the Dean of the college of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Khattar Moussa, Director of Registration department , Prof. Dr. Jassim Mohammed Salman, and the presence of a large number of students. The championship cup was dedicated by batch 54 to the Deanship of the College in recognition and appreciation of the efforts of the Deanship in supporting students and providing them with moral support during their academic career and student  related affairs. The tournament was supervised by the official of student activities in the college, Prof. Dr. Qusay Al-Dirawi and Assistant Professor Dr. Jalal Abdul Zahra Kanaan.
