The College of Medicine  University of Basrah received the consultant in nuclear medicine at Auckland  Hospital New Zealand, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Hassan, one of the graduates of the University of Mosul for the year 1970 where He was received by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer, and the two parties discussed the progress of the educational process and the joint cooperation between the visiting professor and the college through a number of scientific lectures. The lecture curriculum includes two lectures on Wednesday and Thursday 7-8/6/2023 at the college of Medicine. And two lectures at Basra Teaching Hospital.
Where the visiting professor toured the corridors of the college and the classrooms were viewed as well as the sports halls under construction. He also met with the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi at the college of Dentistry. The visiting professor also inspected the university hospital project and was briefed on the progress of work, achievement rates and the time periods for implementation.
