The Dean of the college of Medicine at the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer attended the course (The Art of Leadership, Strategic Planning, Crisis Management and Sustainable Development) held by the Technology Incubator Division at the University of Basrah under the patronage and presence of the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi For the deans of colleges and their assistants and directors of scientific and administrative departments at the university for the period 19 _ 21/9/2023.

The course aims to discuss the foundations of leadership and management and the difference between them and the practical definition of successful leadership and knowledge of the concept of creative thinking and its importance for modern management, in addition to presenting and analyzing contemporary trends and concepts in the characteristics, components and missions of an effective manager and enhancing the skills of managers influential in the effectiveness of management.
