The college of Medicine at the University of Basrah conducted a test for new teachers, where each of them presented a specialized scientific lecture to demonstrate their  ability to teach. The committee in charge of testing new teachers was chaired by assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Kazim Bagher and the membership of the college Rapporteur. Dr. Salman Kazim Ajlan, Head of the Branch of BioChemistry Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Qader Abdul Wahab, Prof. Dr. Lamia Kazim Baqer and Head of the Microbiology department , Prof. Dr. Hanadi Abdul Qader and Professor Dr. Mobder Abdul Rahim.

The members of the committee made observations about the lecture and the method of presentation.
