The Assistant Dean of the College of Medicine for Scientific Affairs, who is authorized to manage and conduct the College’s work, Assistant Professor, Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Kazem Baqir, attended the ceremony of raising the Husseini banner, marking the beginning of the holy month of Muharram, today, Tuesday, 9/7/2024, at Imam Ali Hall (peace be upon him) in the Bab Al-Zubair College Complex.  . 
 The ceremony was attended by the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazem, and the Advisor to the Holy Shrine of Hussein, Mr. Fadel Oz.
