Basra Medical College, under the direct supervision of the respected Dean of the  Prof. Dr. Khalil Ismail Al-Hamdi, began a campaign to plant trees and rehabilitate gardens within the agricultural week launched by the Presidency of Basrah University to increase green areas. The campaign included cleaning and improving gardens, planting palm trees and roses, and planting shade trees. All cadres of the College of Medicine, including faculty, staff and students, participate in this campaign to show the beauty of the college.
