In order to preserve the public health of the community and in compliance with the instruction of the Supreme Committee for Health and National Safety No. 26 for year 2021, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that it will not receive visitors in all its departments unless the visitor bring a COVID-19 vaccine card or a negative (PCR) examination weekly.In order to promote a healthy and safe environment, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research requests all employees and college members , as well as students, to contribute to more health awareness, and emphasize that students, employees and college members  should not be allowed to attend the ministry’s building and its Departments, Universities, Colleges, and institutes (governmental and private) until after documenting the official vaccination procedures.
