A diploma thesis at the University of Basrah-College of Medicine, discussed a study on evaluating the level of emotion protein (D) in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) as a diagnostic parameter for non-bacterial infections. The thesis presented by student Hanan Awwad: aims to find out whether there is an increase in the percentage of protein (D) and some inflammatory factors and their percentage in PCOS. The thesis concluded that there is a relationship between an increase in protein (D) and some inflammatory factors and the incidence of polycystic syndrome, and it can be considered a criterion for measuring the severity of the health condition and the extent of its susceptibility to blood thrombosis in the future. The thesis recommended that measuring the level of this protein as one of the criteria that are carried out for women with polycystic ovaries.
