On Sunday, January 9, 2022, Basrah College of Medicine, in cooperation with Al-Itqan Company, organized the minimally invasive technology conference.under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Mortada Muhammad Salih Al-Musafir, the Administrative Assistant, the Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Kazem Baqer, the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Dr. Fateh Al-Khaqani, the representative of the University of Basrah, the Responsible for Reconstruction, Assist. Professor Dr..Jalal Abdul-Saheb, the Student Activities Division in the college, Dr. Jalal Abdul-Zahra, Al-Sit Intisar Abdul-Majid, and a group of teachers  the college.
 The conference dealt with several theoretical displanes of optical devices and a practical one by Eng. Ali Rashid.
 The aim of it is in order to identify the modern devices used in surgical operations and how different they are in practice, ease of use, and the difference between them and the previous devices in terms of accuracy, color and lighting.
