A teaching staff at the College of Medicine, University of Basrah, Dr. Talib Kazem Al-Akkar, received a letter of thanks and appreciation from the South Islamic Cultural Center - Studies Department for his participation in the essay competition held by our Islamic Cultural Center on the occasion of the second anniversary of the martyrdom of the leaders of the victory, in which he achieved the third place. His article will be printed in a book  Certificate is the path of the wise, knowing that this competition held by the Center is under the supervision of the College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basrah
