A master's thesis at the Faculty of Medicine discussed the University of Basrah's immune role of protein Monocellular chemist-1, the inhibitory agent of leukaemia and polygenetics of oestrogen receptors on unexplained female infertility. The research presented by student Malak Qais Tohme aims to verify the levels of ESR1, 1-MCP, and LIF in the serum of unexplainedly infertile females and compare them with healthy female fertility using the enzyme-related immunoassay technique (ELISA) in addition to detecting the frequency of PVUII genotypes of E The research concluded that the frequency of high 1-ESR production allele-C was higher in patients compared to controls.
