The President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, received a letter of appreciation of efforts by the Undersecretary for Scientific Research Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hussein Saleh Hassan, for the joint efforts made between the University of Basra and  Basra and  Arabian Gulf  studies center at the University of Basra in completing (the third workshop of the Algeria  Agreement), and the efforts of the participating professors on what was presented in this scientific forum and the efforts of Dr. Mohamed Najah Mohamed Jazairy, Director of the Centre for Basra and Arabian Gulf Studies, wishing them more progress and giving to serve our beloved Iraq.
