The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, inspected the project of the Specialized University Hospital in the presence of the Governor of Basra, Engineer Asaad Al-Eidani, the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Administrative Affairs, the Director of  of Studies, Planning and inspection , and a number of deputies. He was briefed on the completion rates achieved and the the period of  time  for implementation and listened to the engineering staff who reviewed the specifications of the project, which respond significantly to the requirements of training and the development of specialized skills.
