The Dean of the college of Medicine, University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer, participated with the consultants of the Basra Teaching Hospital / Basra Health Department on Monday, 27 / 2 / 2023, in a stand denouncing the assassination of the late Dr. Ahmed Talal Al-Mifri in Diyala Governorate. Al-Fatiha Qur’an verse  was read for his spirit and mercy for the souls of all the martyrs who joined their almighty Gods, and we ask God for mercy and forgiveness.
