Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen, on the occasion of International Women's Day, the college of Medicine, in cooperation with the Student Activity Unit, is holding a scientific and educational workshop  elaborating  the history of International Women's Day is explained and the role of women in medicine and their representation in various medical specialties and their effective  participation in society .The workshop will be presented by:
