The lecturer at the college of Medicine / University of Basrah, Assistant Professor Dr. Taleb Kazem Akkar, received the first prize for the theatrical novel at the 12th Al-Safeer Cultural Festival. Where he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by the Secretariat of the Kufa Mosque and the shrines attached to it in appreciation and gratitude for his active participation in the festival held by the Secretariat on the corridors of the Holy Saucer for the period 26 _ 28/4/2023
