The President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Kazem Bagher, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nowfal Ali Mubarak, visited the Clinical Skills Laboratory at the college of Medicine, which is the first laboratory in Iraq, where it was equipped With the latest educational equipments such as talking dolls and from all  specialties such as internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and pediatrics. As these dolls were equipped with software programs and provided with the latest modern technologies to serve the college and university and raise the cultural, educational and clinical level of the students of the college of Medicine to provide the students of the college with various clinical skills before being transferred to work in the hospitals and start examining patients, as the number of hospitals is small and does not accommodate the huge numbers  of students that are accepted in the college of medicine.
