The Dean of the college of Medicine  University of Basra Professor Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer  congratulated the  college teachers , staff and students on the occasion of the beginning of the new academic year.

Wishing them continued success and prosperity in their new academic year, praising their efforts during the last academic year and their keenness to perform the educational message.

He prayed to God to crown this year with success and excellence in all fields and to be full of scientific achievements.

The  Dean addressed the students, saying: "Our country expects a lot from you, so you must assume this responsibility through outstanding scientific performance to build a prosperous future.
