Board research at the college of Medicine, University of Basrah discusses a comparative study between histological immunochemistry and the analysis of polymerase chain

Board's research at the college of Medicine, University of Basrah discussed a comparative study between histological immuno-histochemistry and polymerase analysis in the histological diagnosis of the BRAF mutation in papillary thyroid cancer The research presented by student Sarah Ali Darwish aims to find out whether immunological chemistry can replace polymerase chain analysis in the detection of a mutation (BRAF) in pillary thyroid cancer. The research concluded that there was no compatibility between immunohistological chemistry and polymerase-chain analysis in mutation detection (BRAF). It is preferable not to start a tissue chemistry analysis in the diagnosis of the mutation because you will increase the cost, time and effort.
