The College of Medicine at the University of Basrah held a meeting between the Presidency of the Pediatrics Branch, the Chairman of the Pediatrics Advisory Committee in the Basrah Health Directorate, and the heads of pediatric departments in the Center’s hospitals.  The training of students of the College of Medicine in their increasing numbers was discussed with the participation of health doctors in all hospitals, and the development of a joint plan to follow up on periodic resident training between the College of Medicine and the Basrah Health Directorate was discussed.
