The Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Khattar Musa and Assistant Professor Dr. Mays Basil Jalil, met with representatives of students of the academic stages at the College of Medicine, University of Basrah, to discuss preparations for the new academic year, the distribution of students to classrooms, and the details of absence hours for each stage, in addition to the necessity of early registration and the adoption of electronic registration. The distribution of fourth-stage students into three groups of (194) students was also discussed, and a lottery was conducted for the distribution of groups for the fifth stage. A tour of the theoretical halls will also be conducted for representatives of the stages to learn about the mechanism for monitoring absences. Additional grades will also be granted to encourage students in interactive lectures.
