A Master's thesis in the Basrah University / College of Medicine discussed the immune molecular expression of Toll-like receptors associated with prostatitis disease. The thesis presented by the student Hussain Naeem Rashk aims to determine the genetic immune expression of Toll-like receptor genes related to prostatitis to approve the role of TLRs in prostatitis, and to use them for early diagnosis and follow-up of prostatitis. The thesis concluded that the age group 50-59 is the most susceptible to the disease, allergic and obstructive symptoms. The thesis recommended the necessity of studying the rest of the Toll-like cells, determining the molecular diversity of the genes and the Toll immune mechanism, and knowing the special alleles to avoid Prostatitis and Prostatic tumor.
