The Dean of University of Basrah- College of medicine , Prof Dr. Nawfal Ali Al-Mubarak, participated in a workshop on modern scientific and international methods in treating and resuscitating critical cases, as part of a program prepared for resident doctors in the Operations Department at the Basrah Health Directorate, to raise their clinical and scientific skills in order to manage the most dangerous cases to reduce the morbidity and mortality.
