The Dean of the College of Medicine; Prof. Dr. Khalil Ismail Al-Hamdi, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs; Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer,  made an inspection tour of the examination halls for postgraduate students on Thursday, 25th. of March 2021. He emphasized on the preventive measures against COVID-19 including wearing of face-masks, providing sterilizers and keeping good distances between students' seats.

The President of Basrah University; Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen, the Dean of the College of Medicine; Prof. Dr. Khalil Ismail Al-Hamdi and his Scientific and Administrative assistants, with the Dean of the AL- Zahraa Medical College; Prof. Dr. Mazen Hawwaz, visited the Sports Activity Unit in the College of Medicine and followed-up the latest activities and events that held by the unit. The President of the University praised the distinctive role of Sports supervisors in organizing sporting activities during Corona pandemic.
