The manager of the Department of Construction and Projects at the University of Basrah; the assistant lecturer,Dr. Jalal Abdul-Saheb Hussein visited the College of Medicine, in order to identify its needs for additional buildings and classrooms to accommodate the huge numbers of students (more than 2000 students), and for other important investment projects.He was received by the Dean of the College of Medicine; Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer, and they discussed all the needs of the college in an expanded meeting, followed by a general exploration tour of the college building to determine the places through which the building would be constructed.
