The College of Medicine at the University of Basrah held a meeting of the Student Council, in the presence of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Mortada Muhammad Salih Al-Musafir, the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Kazem Baqer, some heads of scientific departments, the Director of the Student Affairs Unit, Assistant Professor Dr. Jassim Muhammad Salman, and representatives of the various stages in the college. Where important topics related to the students were discussed. Where the proposals of the students and the educational process were discussed, and the most important obstacles were identified and how to overcome them. The students commended the efforts made by the Presidency of the University of Basrah and the Deanship of the College of Medicine.
