The meeting of the Preparatory Committee for the First International Scientific Conference of the American College of Surgeons / Iraq Chapter was held under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College of Medicine, University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Salih Al-Musafer, on Monday electronically, and a decision was taken to postpone the chronic conference to be held in Erbil for the period from 8/31/2022 to 3/ 9 / 2022. This is to allow our honorable surgeons to be present in their governorates in anticipation of any emergency, God forbid.
