Mr. Alaa Al-Khattar, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, held a meeting with representatives of students  at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Basrah on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. The most important obstacles and problems faced by students during the previous academic year 2021_202 were discussed with regard to theoretical and practical working hours. The main topics discussed were the distribution of students from all stages to the halls and weekdays, emphasising on updating of lectures, changing the way they were delivered and making them more interactive, and not repeating the lecture. Where a mobile microphone will be provided for teaching to move between students, change the method of diction and make it more interactive with students in order to reduce absences, emphasise the registration of absences and accounts on them, provide more halls, and try to complete late halls in the college so that the largest possible number of students can be expanded.
