The President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hamadi, and the teacher at the college of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Ihsan Idan Al-Simri, received a letter of thanks and appreciation from the Deputy Prime Minister, Prof. Dr Muhammad Ali Tamim, in recognition of the distinguished efforts exerted by them and their dedication to accomplishing the work assigned to them through (their cooperation with the employees of the Central Organisation for Standardisation and Quality Control in establishing training courses to train and qualify patent examiners); where he  offer them the highest expressions of thanks and appreciation, praising their high enthusiasm, sincere desire and sincere efforts wishing  them more giving, and success in the service of  our beloved Iraq.
