The Deanship of the College of Medicine held a group iftar banquet for students of internal dorms in the college of Medicine building.It was a wonderful experience in all the meanings of the word, where the Ramadan atmosphere, paternal feelings and the educational interrelationship between the teachers of the college and our dear students.

The banquet was sponsored by the President of the University of Basrah, prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer, the respected assistant deans (scientific, administrative, student affairs and some members of the college council).

Special thanks to the sponsors who supported  this initiative from the honourable members of the Council, and thanks and praise to the 
 assistant dean for administrative affairs and administrative and service staff in the college of Medicine.

On the sidelines of the banquet, the students and their proposals were heard by the President of the University, the Deanship and the members of the Council.

Thanks and appreciation to all those who contributed to the success of this initiative, and we ask God for success and progress for our college, success and excellence for our dear students.
