The College of Medicine of Basra University organized a mourning pause for the souls of the martyrs of Iraq, and the stop included playing the national anthem, reciting Surat Al-Fatiha for the souls of the martyrs, and standing a minute of silence in the middle of the university campus.  The stand was attended by Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Fateh Abdul-Saheb Al-Khaqani, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Kazem Baqer, and a group of faculty, staff and students of the College of Medicine at Basra University.
