The Community Medicine Department at the University of Basrah - College of Medicine held a workshop entitled "Research and SPSS Workshop", with the participation of the Department members in giving lectures. 
The workshop was attended by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Nawfal Al-Mubarak, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zeina Waheed Atwan, along with some College doctors and students (board, diploma, and master's).

The workshop focused on teaching participants the basics of scientific research writing and SPSS applications for statistical data analysis. The workshop revealed the participants' interaction and their valuable understanding of the presented scientific material, and this is reflecting the importance of organizing such events to enhance the research skills of postgraduate students.
