The University of Basrah- college of medicine  held a workshop for  student projects at Technology incubators Department, under the supervision of the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi, Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Nawfal Ali Al-Mubarak, and the direct supervision of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof Dr. Zeina Wahid Atwan, and in cooperation with the Student Activities Unit and the Continuing Medical Education Unit.
The workshop aims to support students in developing their skills and ideas and convert then into actual projects, which contributes to enhancing the college's academically and Socially.
In addition to encouraging students to conduct Selective scientific research that contributes in raising their scientific level and gives positive reflects on the reputation of the college.
The workshop also discussed the possibility of informing the college deanship of the students’ proposed project ideas in order to provide possible assistance to complete or develop them. The workshop recommended the importance of presenting project ideas to the college council in order to obtain approval to provide the necessary support and assistance to complete these projects.
