The College of Medicine, University of Basrah, under the supervision of  the Dean of the college of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer, held a workshop entitled: Public Job and the behavior of the public employee in order to develop administrative staff in the college of Medicine for the period from Tuesday 2/5/2023 until Thursday 4/5/2023 . The workshop dealt with the definition  of the public employee, the law of discipline of state employees, the civil service law, in addition to the unified retirement law. The workshop also discussed the historical development of the public job in Iraq and how to choose the employee. The rights of the employee in the country were also identified, which were divided into material rights, moral rights and the knowledge of each right in accordance with the laws followed. Mr. Sajjad Sabah Al-Hajami has  presented  the lectures at the workshop.
