The College of Medicine, University of Basrah, discussed diploma research entitled Maternal and perinatal outcomes Associated with trail of labour after previous scar .  The research was presented by  Maryam Rajih Weddah and aimed toevaluat the effect of trail of labour after previous scar. 
The researcher concluded that A trial of labour after prior cesarean delivery is associated with a greater perinatal risk than elective repeated cesarean delivery without labour.
Although absolute risk are low, this information is relevant for counseling women about their choices after a cesarean section.
