The College of Medicine, University of Basrah, discussed diploma research entitled The Association between body mass Index and Cervical Length in  low Risk Pregnancy .  The research was presented by  Noor Ibrahim Abdulrasool AL-Nassar and aimed to determine whether there were any association between BMI and cervical length in 18-20 weeks gestation in low risk pregnant.The researcher concluded that BMI and cervical length had no association.
