Basra University College of Medicine organizes a training course on how to use real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology.

 

 The College of Medicine of Basra University, under the patronage of the President of Basra University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Khalil Ismail Al-Hamdi, and under the supervision of the Scientific Assistant, Prof. Dr. Murtadha  Muhammad Saleh Al-Musafer , organized a training course on how to use Real time PCR technology in diagnosing Coronavirus infection.
The symposium, which was held in cooperation with the College of Veterinary Medicine and the College of Science, included a theoretical side and a practical side for a period of two days. The aim of the course was to prepare and prepare additional cadres to work on the Real time PCR device from our colleges at Basra University as well as from the Basra Health Department.
